Welcome to Hardesty Farm
We are a small, family farm located in Northeast Oklahoma. Our time is spent planting and harvesting crops, as well as raising grass-fed beef for families around our area. The ground we farm today is the same land that our family has farmed for the last 5 generations. Over 90 years later it still offers the same family values and way of life that it did all those years ago.
We believe in hard work and stewardship of our land along with its plants and animals. In all of our operations, we strive for continual improvement, and to glorify God. Our goal is to give you higher quality beef at comparable prices than those of chain retail stores.
Why We Are Different
We pride ourselves in offering Hormone-Free, Steroid-Free, All-Natural Grass-Fed Black Angus Beef with our own custom finishing ration. We raise our cattle the right way. Our cattle have access to fresh water at all times, live low-stress lives in safe environments, and receive immediate and appropriate medical care when necessary. All of this allows us to to achieve that beautiful marbling and tenderness.
Why We Are Worth It
HCC covers the cost of hauling, kill fee, cut, and wrap. The $/lb. covers everything but the fuel to pick up your meat when it’s ready. The beef will dry age for 10-14 days prior to cutting and wrapping to obtain maximum tenderness. Locally raised, hand fed, Black Angus Beef. From our field to your freezer.
